The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa welcomes all cats and dogs into the Kierland Companion’s Club. We’ve tried to anticipate your needs and are pleased to provide the following items and/or services to enhance your visit: • Complimentary Pet Welcome Kit (given at registration) • Comfy Beds and Crates* (small or large) • Litter Box With Litter** • Pet Room Service Menu • Eating Dishes* • Convenient Companion’s Park Access If your pet requires special needs such as grooming, sitters, parks, specialty stores, veterinarian hospitals, pet travel agents, etc. please refer to listings in welcome kit or contact Service Express or Concierge for further assistance. Please feel free to visit Toonverville 66 Trading Post, located on the second floor east of the Front Desk, to purchase additional items for your companions. We ask that all companions be in a crate at all times when the accommodation is unoccupied. If this is not possible, please arrange for a specific time for housekeeping to service your accommodation when you will be present. This can be arranged through Service Express. Please ensure that all companions are on a leash at all times when in public spaces throughout the resort. Pets are welcome in public spaces to and from their room and courtyard only. With the exception of Service Animals, Companions are not permitted in the food and beverage outlets due to health code statutes. Pet Welcome Kit includes: Welcome Letter, Bag with scooper, Treats, Kierland logo bandanna, In-Room Dining Menu (consists of individual packets of food, treats, catnip), Door Knob Hanger (with dog/cat prints). Attraction list includes: pet resorts/sitters, parks, specialty pet stores, groomers, veterinarian hospitals, pet travel agents (all accompanied with maps), and a map specifying Pet Friendly room and designated pet location. *If not returned or if returned damaged, a $50.00 charge will apply. **$20.00 charge applies. |
