Please join us for Unwind…A Westin Evening Ritual. Every evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, we create a unique ambiance in our deseo lounge as the sun goes down. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a specialty muddle drink and enticing ceviche. It is sure to lift your spirits and stimulate your senses. Unwind Hour is from 5:30pm - 7:30pm daily. The Muddle Bar: Choose from our selection of fresh fruits (mango, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and more), herbs (basil, tarragon, mint and more) along with your favorite spirit. Let us create your own unique beverage experience. Or, choose from our custom creations. Nelson Garcia's Artwork The lively, Latin ambience of Deseo restaurant at Westin Kierland Resort & Spa has been infused with color and culture thanks to resident Cuban artist Nelson Garcia. Each week, Tuesday through Saturday, guests can watch Garcia paint in the restaurant’s lounge while they enjoy the restaurant’s 10-item ceviche menu and muddle bar. Visitors also are free to roam the Garcia art gallery. Along with a revamped Unwind Hour, Deseo now showcases more than 280 labels and 2,000 wines in its newly introduced wine cellar.
