Brittlebush Bar & Grill features an innovative Gastropub experience with a Scottish influence. The menu defines a mixture between native Arizona favorites and the unique Scottish-inspired dishes of its Gastropub menu. Located at the Kierland Golf Club, the cuisine connects to the Scottish heritage of the Kierland golf experience. The culinary efforts of Chef Graeme Blair, a Scotland native and Arizona resident, boast homeland favorites and family recipes with a modern Arizona twist. The menu has been created with sustainability in mind by using local Arizona ingredients and flavors. Gastropub (n):British term for a public house ("pub") which specializes in high-quality food a step above the more basic "pub grub."
Brittlebush Bar & Grill is one of the several ways The Westin Kierland Resort honors its Scottish heritage.
